高麗菜豬肉鍋貼 Pork & Cabbage Dumplings

用平底鍋放點油，開中大火放下鍋貼然後加水，水浸至鍋貼1/4便可，蓋上蓋待水收乾煎至金黃色便可

Cooking Tips

Heat up the flat pan in medium high heat with a small amount of oil. Place the dumpling into the pan & add water to cover 1/4 of the dumplings. Cover the lid till water dried up and the dumpling base turns brown.
